Payment Policy

At Pijewells, we aim to provide you with a secure and convenient shopping experience. Please read our payment policy to understand the methods available for completing your purchase.


1. Accepted Payment Methods

We currently accept the following payment options:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD):
    Pay for your order in cash when it is delivered to your doorstep.
    • COD is available on selected pin codes and order values.
    • Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address with the exact amount (as couriers may not carry change).
    • Refusal of COD orders without valid reason may result in restrictions on future COD orders.
  • Online Payments via Razorpay:
    We partner with Razorpay to provide a safe and secure payment gateway. You can pay using:
    • Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Rupay, Maestro)
    • Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
    • Net Banking (all major banks)
    • UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, etc.)
    • Wallets (Paytm, Mobikwik, Freecharge, etc.)


2. Payment Security

  • All online transactions through Razorpay are encrypted and processed through secure SSL connections.
  • Pijewells does not store your card, UPI, or wallet details on our servers.


3. Payment Confirmation

  • For COD orders, confirmation will be sent via SMS/email once the order is placed.
  • For Razorpay transactions, you will receive both a payment confirmation from Razorpay and an order confirmation email from Pijewells.


4. Failed Transactions

  • If your payment fails but the amount is deducted, it is usually refunded by your bank/payment provider within 5–7 working days.
  • In case of delay, you may contact us at support@pijewells.com with the transaction details for assistance.
