Welcome to Pijewells! We strive to deliver your beautiful jewelry safely and promptly. Please read the terms below regarding how we handle shipping and delivery.

 

1. Order Processing Time

 

  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday through Saturday), excluding Sundays and public holidays.
  • During high volume periods (sales, festivals, etc.), processing may take up to 5 business days.
  • Pre-orders or made-to-order items may have different processing times, which will be clearly specified at the time of purchase.

 


 

2. Shipping Methods & Carriers

 

  • We deliver across India through our trusted logistics partners: Shiprocket, Delhivery, and Blue Dart.
  • You will receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched.

 


 

3. Delivery Time Estimates

Within Maharashtra / nearby states 2–4 business days
Within India (other states) 4–7 business days

* These are estimates. Actual delivery may vary due to courier delays, local holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

 

4. Order Tracking

 

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package.
  • You can also track directly on the courier’s portal (Shiprocket, Delhivery, Blue Dart) using your tracking ID.

 


 

5. Delay, Lost or Damaged Shipments

 

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by natural calamities, pandemics, or circumstances beyond our control.
  • In rare cases of lost or damaged shipments:
    • You must notify us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
    • Provide photo evidence or courier proof of damage/loss.
    • We will assist you to file a claim with the courier and work to resolve the issue.

 


 

6. Address Accuracy

 

  • Please ensure the shipping address you enter is correct—mistyped addresses or incomplete details may cause delays or failed delivery.
  • If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer may need to cover the additional resend cost.
