5. Shipping & Delivery

• We deliver across India via Shiprocket, Delhivery, and Blue Dart.
• Estimated delivery times:
  • Within Maharashtra / nearby states: 2–4 business days
  • Other parts of India: 4–7 business days
• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Pijewells is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.

6. Return & Refund Policy

• Pijewells accepts returns only for damaged or defective products.
• Claims must be made within 7 days of delivery with video proof of unboxing.
• Refunds or replacements will be processed according to our Return & Refund Policy.
